Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning: A Perspective from the Commercial Fishing Industry

On May 3, 2012, partner David E. Frulla spoke at The Maritime Law Association of the United States Fisheries Committee Spring Meeting in New York, NY. The presentation, entitled ​“Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning: A Perspective from the Commercial Fishing Industry,” gave a comprehensive overview of CMSP initiatives on the federal and regional level, and addressed the concerns of the commercial fishing industry in relation to conflicting federal regulatory processes.
