Kelley Drye attorney, Ken Kanzawa, will be the moderator at the ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Public Procurement Symposium. Ken’s panel is Friday, November 3^rd from 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm, and is titled, “Best Practices in Identifying and Resolving Organizational Conflicts of Interests.” Panelists will discuss the challenges of navigating Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCIs) at the federal, state and local level as well as the lack of consistent and proactive guidance around these issues.
