PLI’s Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice Program

Partner Bob Haig spoke at PLI’s April 1, 2009 program entitled “Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice,” which took place at the PLI New York Center in Manhattan. This program is geared toward the new trial lawyer looking to learn the federal rules, and the experienced trial attorney who needs an update on the most recent federal issues. Bob’s section focused on attorney-client privilege and work product protection, expanding on issues and challenges including government investigations, shareholder and derivative litigation, privilege logs, in camera inspections and confidential business information.
