Barbara Hoey Discusses Proving the Case: Using Evidence and Experts in Employment Law

Kelley Drye Partner Barbara Hoey was a panelist at the 26th NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges, organized by the Federal Judicial Center (FJC) and the NYU School of Law’s Center for Labor & Employment Law and Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA).
Barbara spoke on a panel titled “Evidence/Use of Expert Issues,” which focused on the handling of common evidence issues in employment cases, such as “stray remarks,” comparators, direct evidence, prior bad acts, Rule 412, use of experts on damages, and workplace practices.
