IRS Permits Extended Claims Periods for Flexible Spending Account Plans

Kelley Drye's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group has prepared a client advisory on changes to Flex Plan reimbursement rules, which modify the use-it-or-lose-it rules. This advisory will be of interest to employers maintaining a flex plan, such as a dependent care reimbursement plan or health care reimbursement plan.
