Karyn Corlett Fulton, Partner

Ms. Fulton (formerly Karyn Corlett) is the first female partner to be elected to the Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Fulton’s practice focuses on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture developments and construction and permanent financing. She regularly represents owners, developers, investors and lenders involved in transactions relating to a wide range of real estate holdings throughout the United States and using a variety of ownership vehicles. Ms. Fulton is experienced in all phases of these transactions, from structuring and negotiating the deal and offering creative solutions and alternatives, to performing and supervising due diligence review, to documenting and closing the transaction.

Mr. Kasdan’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution before federal and state courts, private arbitration and mediation services, and government agencies. He has successfully represented corporations and individuals in matters involving complicated breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation and related tort claims, as well as in disputes revolving around non-competition contract clauses, the theft of hi-tech trade secrets and allegations of false advertising. Mr. Kasdan also counsels clients in the arcane area of animal-related laws (federal and state), and has considerable experience with issues arising under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act and Animal Welfare Act.
