Representative Experience
Played a key role in the representation of a Cork, Ireland-based investment fund in a joint venture with a major publicly traded hotel management company and the joint venture's acquisition of a four-hotel portfolio financed in part by mortgage and mezzanine debt from an international lender.Represented a major real estate investment trust in connection with its acquisition and financing of a trophy office building in New York City.
Played a major role in the firm's representation of Forest City Ratner Companies in the formation of a venture with ING and in the venture's partnership with The New York Times for the development of the new 52-story New York Times headquarters building located in the 42nd Street development area adjacent to Times Square.
