Morey were mentioned in the Law360 article “CIT Judge Affirms Most Of Commerce’s Chinese Garlic Results.” A U.S. Court of International Trade judge upheld most of the Commerce Department’s final results in an anti-dumping case involving fresh garlic from the People’s Republic of China. CIT Judge Jane A. Restani sustained in part and remanded in part Commerce’s 19th anti-dumping duty administrative review, mostly upholding the department’s determination of tariffs on garlic in a consolidated challenge by a group of Chinese trading companies led by plaintiff Shenzhen Xinboda Industrial Co. Mr. Coursey, Mr. Herrmann, and Mr. Morey argued on the side of Commerce.
