Kelley Drye Selected as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Blink Holdings

Kelley Drye has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Blink Holdings bankruptcy case. Blink Holdings Inc., a prominent New York-based health club chain with locations across the U.S. and 137 affiliates, filed for Chapter 11 protection on August 12th in the District of Delaware to pursue a sale of its business.
