Alysa Hutnik Featured in Opt-Out Compliance Podcast

Partner and Privacy and Information Security practice group chair Alysa Hutnik was featured in episode 84 of Ketch’s weekly data privacy podcast, Privacy Huddle. This episode, ​“Must-dos for modern opt-out compliance,” discusses Alysa’s new article on seven key tips for businesses as they consider opt-out compliance. 

“There are so many compliance obligation, and we’ve talked about opt out a lot. I harp on it because that is the biggest risk when it comes to privacy from a regulator, from a litigation perspective, certainly with wiretap suits. If you want to feel highly confident in one area, it’s opt-out compliance.”
