Land Access and Environmental Issues Conference

Partner Wayne D’Angelo will speak at the Land Access and Environmental Issues Conference on February 2, 2015. The conference will begin with a session on takeaway capacity and permitting issues as well non-regulatory litigation matters impacting operators across the nation. This will be followed by a tactical discussion of the best approaches to address issues involving the Endangered Species Act as well an update on several federal land issues.
