Nancy Yanochik has experience in environmental matters, tort and commercial litigation.  She has represented a broad range of clients including large petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and transportation companies, as well as automobile manufacturers, governmental entities, and healthcare organizations.  She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters, including trial and appeals, in both state and federal court.

Nancy has served as mediator in numerous cases, giving her a balanced view of the alternative dispute resolution process.  She has extensive background in e-discovery in complex litigation matters and excels in the collection, analysis, and preparation of evidence during motion practice and trial.  Nancy skillfully interfaces with expert witnesses and consultants, and has extensive experience handling challenges to expert witness testimony and damages modeling.

Represented the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in multidistrict litigation pursuing environmental claims including remediation, natural resource damages, tort claims, and state and federal claims associated with contamination of the water resources of the Commonwealth.

Represented a Class I Railroad Company in protecting CERCLA cost recovery rights.

Represented an automobile manufacturer and obtained favorable verdicts in products liability suits.

Represented chemical manufacturer in defense of multiple personal injury claims related to airborne releases.
