Matthew Pereira is an associate in the firm’s International Trade practice where he focuses his practice on international trade related issues, including representing domestic industries in U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings against unfairly priced and subsidized foreign imports. In this capacity, Matthew practices before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Assisted in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations including common alloy aluminum sheet from China; non-refillable steel cylinders from China; metal lockers from China; steel propane cylinders from China and Thailand; and raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

Assisted in export, sanctions and other trade compliance counseling.

Assisted in customs classifications projects.
