Maliha Khan is an associate in the firm’s International Trade practice.  Maliha previously worked as a compliance analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration.

During her time at Commerce, Maliha enforced U.S. antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) laws, conducted investigations and reviews to remedy unfairly traded, dumped, and/or subsidized imports and determined the appropriate duties to offset unfair trade practices.  She drafted briefing papers, questionnaires, decision memoranda, Federal Register notices, customs instructions, and various other documents.  Maliha also worked on remands, sunset reviews, and scope inquiries, and assisted in drafting briefs for litigation, as well as conducted sophisticated quantitative analysis and determined dumping margins and subsidy rates.
