Lauren Kouser

Lauren Kouser focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. She works closely with public and private companies, investors, and financial institutions, helping them navigate regulatory compliance and structuring transactions to meet their business needs.

Lauren has extensive experience advising clients on SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ compliance, ensuring adherence to federal securities laws and helping companies meet their corporate governance obligations. She also supports mergers and acquisitions, working on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of deals.

In addition to her regulatory and transactional work, Lauren plays an integral role in the preparation of filings, transaction documents, and business formation. She is known for her detail-oriented approach and strong drafting skills, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients across various industries.

Before joining Kelley Drye, Lauren was a senior manager at Capital One, where she led a national physical presence strategy and gained valuable experience managing teams, mitigating risks, and designing effective controls and processes.
