Caitlin Hickey is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class action suits. Caitlin has a demonstrated history of working on cases in areas of false advertising, TCPA claims, and violation of consumer protection statutes.

Caitlin also provides pro bono services, specifically in asylum cases and post-trial criminal defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Caitlin was a legal intern in Fordham Law’s Criminal Defense Clinic, working with indigent clients in Manhattan state court.

Community Activities

Caitlin has volunteered at The Kite, Horizons Juvenile Detention Center and at the WomensLaw, Hotline.
 
Defended website owner/operators against putative class action claims asserting privacy violations under state wiretapping statutes.

Currently defending a dietary supplement company in an enforcement action brought by the Federal Trade Commission and the New York Attorney General’s office.

Representing clients in all stages of litigation through trial in private and governmental actions brought pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Telemarketing Sales Rule.
