Federal Trade Commission v. Amazon.com Inc.

Partner Dana Rosenfeld and associate Crystal Skelton co-authored the E-Commerce Law Reports article “Federal Trade Commission v. Amazon.com Inc.” The article discusses a recent federal ruling in favor of the FTC, finding that Amazon was liable for children’s unauthorized in-app purchases.
