Reminder: FCC Filing Due November 2014
Kelley Drye Client Advisory
October 14, 2014

Please be reminded of the upcoming due date for the Report listed below:

Form 499-Q Quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet

Carriers providing interstate and international telecommunications and required to contribute to federal universal service support mechanisms must report their actual end user and wholesale revenues and projected end user revenues for each calendar quarter by filing Form 499Q on a quarterly basis.  The Form 499Q filing, providing historical revenue data for July 1 through September 30 and projected data for January 1 through March 31 of the coming year, is due to USAC by Monday, November 3, 2014 (note that this filing is normally due on November 1; however, because that date falls on a Saturday, FCC rules dictate that the report is due on the following business day).

Providers of interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol service and commercial mobile radio service that rely upon traffic studies to report their revenues on the Form 499-Q must submit the traffic studies to the FCC.
