Torts of Competition
Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts (4th Ed. 2016)
December 2016

Litigation partners John Callagy and Damon Suden co-authored the chapter “Torts of Competition” in the treatise, Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts. The chapter delineates key tactical decisions practitioners must make when litigating torts of competition in the federal courts and provides the legal framework for business torts, including: misappropriation of trade secrets, common-law unfair competition, unfair and deceptive trade practices and fraud and misrepresentation in the competitive context.

Kelley Drye associate Morgan Arons contributed to the preparation of the chapter.
