Partner Dorn McGrath and associate Ken Kanzawa co-authored an article, “Challenging Unfair CPARS Evaluations,” in the ABA’s Under Construction publication. The article provides tips for federal contractors to proactively manage their Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) reports, throughout all stages of the rating process—before, during, and after. CPARS reports are critical to federal agencies’ evaluations of past performance, which is a mandatory and often deciding factor in awarding most federal contracts and task orders.
