Kelley Drye Exceeds Volunteers of Legal Service 2012 Pro Bono Pledge

In a May 3, 2013 article in the New York Law Journal, Kelley Drye was listed among 42 large New York firms that had met or exceeded the VOLS annual goal of providing at least an average of 30 hours of qualifying pro bono work per attorney during the year 2012.

VOLS is dedicated to providing pro bono civil legal services to benefit those in need in New York City in the areas of family law, insurance benefits and business law matters. VOLS pro bono volunteers stop evictions, win government benefits such as Social Security and Medicaid, resolve immigration problems, enforce civil rights, and litigate complex, high-impact class action for people who cannot otherwise afford representation.
