Kelley Drye represented Westchester One, LLC in the sale of an 851,773 square foot office building in White Plains, NY to an affiliate of Boston-area based Beacon Capital Partners LLC, one of the largest US private real estate investment fund.
The 21-story property, the tallest office building in Westchester, was sold by Bianco & Pepe, a family-owned enterprise, who had built it in 1975. The major tenants in the building were IBM, Argent Mortgage, Reuters, United Health Care and Blue
Sky Studios. The deal was detailed in The New York Times, in an article reporting on Beacon Capital Partners latest acquisitions.
