Kelley Drye Recognized for Exceptional Client Service

A survey issued by the BTI Consulting Group of Boston has cited Kelley Drye as the “Best of the Best” for client service in 13 categories. This third annual report on law firms is based on interviews with close to 200 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies across the United States.

“The Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms” cited the Firm for excellence in areas including “Best Commitment to Help,” “Best Unprompted Communications,” “Best Performing,” and “Best at Client Focus.” Kelley Drye also excelled in numerous other categories, receiving praise for legal skills, value, and advice on business issues. This honor follows similar recognition from BTI in the “Best of the Best in Financial Services” survey, which evaluated the performance of law firms based on the responses of corporate counsel at global financial institutions.
