Yahoo!India Notes Kelley Drye Representation in TCS Acquisition

In an article titled ​“Citi Sells India Unit, To Cut U.S. Mortgage Jobs,” Yahoo!India noted that Kelley Drye was one of the legal advisers to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in its pending acquisition of Citigroup Inc.‘s back-office unit in India.
