Video Depicts Two Decades of Success in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court

The Historical Society of the New York Courts has created a video titled, ​“New York’s Commercial Division: Two Decades of Success.” The video discusses the establishment and early days of New York’s Commercial Division, as well as the benefits of commencing commercial litigation in the Commercial Division.

One of our partners served as Co-Chair of the Commercial Courts Task Force established by Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye in 1995 to create and refine the Commercial Division and currently serves as the Chair of the Commercial Division Advisory Council established by Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman in 2013.
