The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Notes India Business Law Journal Honors Kelley Drye

The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel noted that Kelley Drye & Warren LLP was selected in the Indian Business Law Journal list of ​“Top 10 Foreign Firms of 2009.” The publication referenced Indian Business Law Journal’s feature article, ​“Leading from the Front,” which highlighted Kelley Drye’s strength in representing Indian and international companies doing work in India and advising Indian businesses doing work outside of India. It also noted Kelley Drye’s representation of Tata Consultancy in its acquisition of a Citibank BPO company, and its representation of Strix System in its acquisition by iDream Holdings.
