The Legal Times Notes Kelley Drye Burton Award Winner

The Legal Times article, ​“Washington Lawyers are Good Writers,” listed the 10 winners from the Washington, D.C. area who received this year’s Burton Awards for Legal Achievement, noting associate Elizabeth C. Johnson. The award honors excellence in legal scholarship and writing. Each year, only 30 articles are chosen from entries submitted by the nation’s top law firms. Ms. Johnson co-wrote an article, ​“Insurance Coverage for Climate Change Suits: The Battle Has Begun,” that was published in the Environmental Claims Journal (March 2009).
