The American Lawyer Reports Election of James S. Carr as Chair

The election of partner James S. Carr as chair and appointment of partner Lewis Rose as firm managing partner are reported in The American Lawyer article ​“Kelley Drye Starts New Year with Leadership Shakeup.” Mr. Carr assumes the role of chair from Paul McCurdy, who will remain head of the firm’s broker-dealer practice group and continue involvement in firm management as a member of the executive committee. As managing partner, Mr. Rose is based in Washington, D.C. and succeeds James J. Kirk, who will also continue serving on the executive committee.
