The AmLaw Litigation Daily Reports on XPRT v. eBay

In an article, Patent Holding Company Files $3.2 Billion Infringement and Trade Secrets Suit Against EBay” The AmLaw Litigation Daily reported on XPRT’s case against eBay, PayPal and StubHub.  The journalist traced the history of XPRT inventor George Likourezos’s interactions with eBay that led to the current lawsuit.

The article noted, The holding company’s lawyers, Thomas Kinzler of Kelley Drye, told us that XPRT tried in the early days to work out a deal with eBay, but there was total silence coming from eBay,’.  So when the patents began to issue, the Kelley Drye lawyers said, XPRT felt it had no choice but litigation.”
