Partner Mark L. Austrian discussed recovering e-discovery costs in the ​“GC Agenda” section of Practical Law The Journal (May 2012). Mr. Austrian reviewed the Third Circuit case, Race Tires American, Inc. v. Hoosier Racing Tire Corp., which limited costs to those incurred in scanning hard copy documents and converting electronic records to a specified electronic format. Mr. Austrian then provided various steps that companies can take to maximize potential recovery of e-discovery costs.
