Partner Kathleen W. Cannon quoted in Law360

International Trade Partner Kathleen W. Cannon was recently quoted in the Law360 article, ​“ITC May Find Trinidad Steel Has Been Dumped: Court.” The article discussed a recent ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit that the International Trade Commission is not obligated to reverse its decision that steel imports from Trinidad and Tobago at below market prices were hurting domestic industry, in order to comply with an earlier Federal Circuit decision.

Cannon, who represented domestic wire rod producers in this matter, expressed the industry’s satisfaction with the ruling, and noted that this decision is a positive development for U.S. industries that are injured by unfairly traded imports.
