Partner David Frulla was mentioned in an article that appeared in Home News Fishing Tribune entitled ​“RFA Prepares for Bunker Fight.” The attorneys sent an eight-page commentary to the Atlantic States MarineFisheries Commission concerning alleged localized depletion of menhaden in Chesapeake Bay, and a proposal that any state that permits menhaden bait fishing in its waters would likewise have to allow reduction fishing.
