PLC Interviews Partner Christie Grymes Thompson on FTC Green Guides

Practical Law Company interviewed partner Christie Grymes Thompson regarding the recent revisions to the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims (Green Guides). In the GC Agenda column, Christie addressed the proposed revisions that update the guidance for certain types of environmental claims and the newly introduced guidance for other types of claims, including general environmental benefit claims, certifications and seals of approval, and ​“free of” claims.
