Los Angeles Times Quotes Kelley Drye Partner on Former WorldCom CFO's Sentence

The Los Angeles Times quoted Partner Julian Solotorovsky in a recent article about the sentencing of Scott Sullivan, the former WorldCom Inc. finance chief, for his role in the company’s $11 billion accounting fraud. In the article, “WorldCom’s Sullivan Gets 5-Year Term,” Julian provided commentary as an expert on white collar crime on Sullivan’s relatively short sentence in comparison to the 25-year term his superior, Bernard Ebbers, received for similarly fraudulent behavior.
