Law360 Notes Partner John M. Herrmann as Representation in Electrical Steel Imports Petition

Law360 reported in an article titled Electrical Steel Imports May Harm US Cos., ITC Says”  that partner John M. Herrmann is the representation for the petitioning domestic steel companies. The article discusses that the U.S. International Trade Commission found that unfairly low-priced imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from European and Asian countries may be harming U.S. steelmakers. The article explained that now the focus of the case would turn to the Commerce Department, as Mr. Herrmann will be working aggressively to prove the substantial anti-dumping and countervailing duty margins demonstrated in our petition.
