Partner David T. Hickey, and his recent move to join Kelley Drye’s Government Contracts practice, was featured in the Law360 article “Kelley Drye Adds Ex-Barnes & Thornburg Gov’t Contracts Pros.” Mr. Hickey represents clients in contract disputes between contractors and with federal agencies, and he drafts and negotiates teaming agreements, compliance agreements, contracts and subcontracts. He also advises federal government contractor clients on a variety of procurement compliance issues, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the DOD FAR supplement.
