The article noted Mr. Nambiar is a member of the firm’s India practice and specializes in cross-border transactions involving North American and Indian companies. It also stated that he was a member of the Kelley Drye team that advised Tata Coffee, in its acquisition of New Jersey-based Eight O'Clock Coffee Company from Gryphon Investors, and assisted Tata Communications in its acquisition of the stock of Montreal’s Teleglobe International Holdings. The article noted that he is a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and the Franklin Pierce Law Center, New Hampshire, and that prior to joining Kelley Drye, Mr. Nambiar was counsel for Glaxo SmithKline in India.
