Partner Robert D. Bickford, Jr. was mentioned as counsel to the buyer of 9033 Wilshire Blvd in the GlobeSt.com article “The Latest Example of Post-Recession Success.” According to the article, the $75.05 million sale marks the highest pure office price on the West Coast. Archstone bought the property in 2008 and completely gutted the building, investing $10 million into the property. Mr. Bickford represented an affiliate of UBS Realty in the purchase.
