The Financial Fraud Law Journal blog noted, "...lawyers from Kelley Drye obtained an eye-opening award in a trade secrets case in which they represented Advanced Duplication Services ("ADS") in a lawsuit against a former employee and his new company. The judgment: more than $30 million in damages and fees."

Partner Robert I. Steiner and associate Martin A. Krolewski represented ADS, a manufacturer and duplicator of CDs, DVDs and flash drives in it litigation against Next Generation Media and its executive officer, Scott Suedbeck.
