The Washington Post Names Kelley Drye & Warren a 2021 Top Washington-Area Workplace

For the eighth consecutive year, The Washington Post has named Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as a top workplace in the Washington, D.C. region. Selection on the list was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

I am thrilled that we are once again recognized as a top place to work,” said Kathy Cannon, Kelley Drye’s Washington, D.C. office managing partner. This award is very special to us because it is based on employee sentiment. It’s our people that make Kelley Drye so special.  I am proud that we have been able to maintain our office’s sense of community and collegiality despite working remotely over the last year.”

Now in its eighth year, The Post’s Top Workplaces list continues to highlight the companies in the Washington-area that are leaders in company satisfaction and engagement,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. Throughout the past 15 months, these companies have had to make quick decisions in order to keep their employees safe while also balancing productivity and efficiency, and their employees have taken note of this great work.”
