Kelley Drye Selected as Finalist for M&A Advisors’ 3rd Annual Middle-Market Financing Awards

Kelley Drye was recently selected as a finalist in two categories for M&A Advisors’ 3rd Annual Middle-Market Financing Awards.

The Annual Middle-Market Financing Awards recognizes the accomplishments of professionals and firms in mergers and acquisitions deal financing, as well as debt and equity offerings. The awards honors deals in transaction value of more than 10 million and less than 1 billion USD market segment.

The winners will be honored at the awards gala held at The Drake Hotel in Chicago on June 9, 2008.

Kelley Drye was selected as a finalist in the ​“Middle-Market M&A Financing Deal of the Year” and ​“Law Firm of the Year” categories.
