Kelley Drye Partners Alysa Hutnik and Andrew Lee Recognized as a Top Authors by JD Supra in Annual Readers’ Choice Awards

Andrew, whose practice is focused exclusively on tax law, was recognized as a “top author” in tax. He has experience with a wide range of federal, state and local tax matters, including those arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, affiliated groups of corporations, cross-border transactions and transfer pricing.
