Partner Robert L. Haig participated in the Corporate Counsel Section of the New York State Bar Association’s Second Corporate Counsel Institute. This CLE program, “Critical Issues, Fresh Ideas, Best Practices,” took place on October 11 and 12 at The Yale Club in New York City. Mr. Haig moderated a plenary session and a workshop on the subject of “Working with Outside Counsel.” Mr. Haig recruited General Counsel from Duane Reade, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., CBS Corporation, Hearst Corporation, Aetna Inc., Minerals Technologies Inc., Loews Corporation, Citigroup, Inc., Kanematsu USA Inc., The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., SL Green Realty Corp., Pitney Bowes Inc., The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Inc. to participate in the programs that he lead.
