On September 17, 2010, partner John E. Villafranco participated in the Sixth Annual Nutrition Law Symposium in Lehi, Utah, presented by the Association of Corporate Counsel and Stoel Rives LLP. Representatives from nutritional and dietary supplement companies attended the event to network and learn about the latest regulations and laws affecting their companies. Mr. Villafranco spoke in a panel discussion titled “Supplement Advertising: Risks and Responsibilities.”
