Partner Dana B. Rosenfeld was session chair at the 58th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, April 21 - 23, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The conference was a comprehensive review of developments in antitrust and consumer protection law. The meeting addressed antitrust and consumer protection issues, featuring a faculty that included leading antitrust lawyers from the U.S. and non-U.S. enforcement agencies, corporate law departments and law firms, as well as economists and academics.
Ms. Rosenfeld’s panel, “Security and Privacy in the Cloud: Developing the Right Framework for Service Providers, Business Customers, and Consumers,” brought together experts from government, service providers, enterprise customers, and consumer protection advocates to discuss privacy and security frameworks for cloud services.
