MacLeod, a co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust practice group, spoke at the Law Seminars International’s 16th Annual Seattle Conference on New Developments in Technology Law on December 13-14 in Seattle, Washington. Mr. MacLeod participated in a panel on Policing Bad Behavior in New Internet Markets,” where he addressed the new trends in internet markets and the legal and regulatory responses to criminal behaviors online, including spyware, phishing, and identity theft. The conference emphasized new regulations, litigation trends, and emerging markets in technology law.
