Partner Kristi Wolff will present “Mitigating Risk in Advertising Supplement Claims” during the Dietary Supplement Regulation: Labeling and Claims Conference. This session will provide insights into the recommendations and guidance to ensure advertising is fair, truthful and instills consumer trust, using industry examples through the National Advertising Division (NAD) to avoid FTC action. A framework for examination of advertising challenges reported by consumers and competitors allows executives to review advertising with the intent to reduce risk of an FTC investigation.
