Partner David E. Frulla was a featured speaker at “Governing Live: Outlook in the States and Localities 2009,” at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on February 4, 2009. The annual event is designed to help attendees achieve marketing and advocacy goals in the state and local sectors.

Mr. Frulla spoke as part of a panel discussion titled, “Lobbying Compliance Worries?” The panel covered such topics as the changing compliance environment related to state and local lobbying regulations and ethical requirements.
