KDW Present Seminar on FMLA Issues

Partner Barbara Hoey presented a seminar to the Council on Education in Management, which provided an update on the most recent court decisions and legislative changes regarding the FMLA, as well as advice on how to avoid the biggest mistakes employers make when applying the law. The presentation focused on employers’ responsibilities under the FMLA, as well as auditing policies and procedures for compliance.
