Associate Donnelly L. McDowell will moderate “Fundamentals - Consumer Protection” during the 65th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. This panel will cover the fundamentals of U.S. consumer protection law, including the basics of false and deceptive advertising, claim substantiation, marketing law, and privacy and data security. The session will also provide an introduction to federal, state, and private enforcement of consumer protection statutes and rules.
